Your support time can be used for consultation or any of my services (excluding domain registration and website hosting).

Experience and specialist knowledge mean I work quickly and efficiently. Minor changes to text on a website may only take 5 minutes.

When I receive a request for work from you, I will let you know how long the work will take and only proceed once authorised by you.

If you use more hours in a particular month, any additional work will be quoted for separately. I will advise you once you reach 90% of your contracted hours.

If you do not use all your contracted hours in a particlar month, you can carry the equivalent of 3 months support time to subsequent months.

Due to time constraints, I am unable to work more than twice the contracted hours in any one week.

For example, if you purchase 2 hours per week, you could carry forward up to 26 hours to subsequent months.

The minimum contract term is 6 months, payable by standing order in advance.

If you end your contract early, I will re-assess all work completed at my standard hourly rates and provide an invoice for the difference. No refunds will be given.

I'm sure client's have meetings without me to make sure they all request work on the same day, and subsequently I regularly work outside office hours. Work is usually completed within 48 hours (except for larger projects).

Unless work is specifically requested to be completed outside office hours (for example an email on Friday night requesting work be completed by Monday morning, consultation phone calls at 7pm), I do not charge extra.

As a guide, the following increments apply. 

Bank Holidays in England and Wales will be billed at Sunday rates.

My annual leave in 2011 is:
Monday 25th July 2011 to Friday 5th August 2011
Monday 19th December 2011 to Friday 6th January 2012
I am however still available for urgent work.

The only dates I'm not available in 2011 are
Friday 29th July to Monday 1st August
Sunday 25th December
